Our mission is to help ensure Title IX protections are not just for some, but for all. Every year or so, we update our website to reflect how we have evolved in executing this mission. These updates and redesigns also usher in continued improvements in functionality, user interface/user experience, and the overall tone of the website. I will go over some of the key changes below.

New Logo and Tagline

Our logo and tagline have changed to reflect that our advisory service for accused students is now our core focus and that we aim to serve students whose families are of modest means. The shield and phoenix imagery represent protection, rebirth, hope, and forward momentum. The color palette of the logo and the entire website—while still bold and blue—is lighter. The new logo is presented below:

A Return to a Simple and Clean Design

Less is more. The redesign simplifies the main menu, trims non-essentials and frills, eliminates abrupt full-screen pop-ups, and cuts down on large, wall-to-wall graphics that – while aesthetically pleasing – distracted the user from their journey more than they enhanced it. Art and Typography Changes Emphasize an Education Focus

We only serve in the education space. Various changes reinforce that. The “college font” used in the new logo and now used in page titles and section headers is thematically representative of students, particularly college students who are most of our clients. We have also transformed many graphics from generic stock photos to a distinct “chalkboard” style. In some cases, we heavily expanded on existing art. Testimonials, Story, and Mission

Various pages now display testimonials in either excerpt or full-length format from clients of our advisory service, and the front page now describes our story and mission.

Other Updates

Lastly, it wouldn’t be an update without some under-the-hood changes to assess and boost performance. GTMetrix reports assess most website page load times between 0.8 and 1.2 seconds. Of course, your mileage may vary depending on your local connection.
