Happy Holidays,
In the spirit of the season, until January 2nd we are offering a 17% discount, applied to our Title IX Lawsuits Database, for accused students (or parents acting in their behalf) who are either currently facing a school investigation or have an active lawsuit filed against their school as a result of such an investigation.
The discount applies to the monthly subscription for new and returning subscribers, lasts three months (after which point it reverts to the normal monthly amount), and has several requirements:
- The student must be a higher ed student
- The school investigation must be a Title IX-related investigation
- There must be either an active or recent school investigation (i.e., initiated within the last 90 days), or an active lawsuit filed in behalf of the student
- Within two weeks of subscribing, two documents will need to be submitted for verification. We ask that those who are interested follow the process regardless as to whether we have previously spoken to them about their cases.
Already signed up? No worries. If you are a current subscriber to our database and are an accused student or a parent of one, please contact us (you can simply respond to this email), follow the verification process, and once it is completed we will simply reimburse you for the equivalent of the discount.
It’s not much, but it’s something we can do to give back.
There are additional terms/conditions, so please see the signup section of the database for more details. If enough people take advantage of this, we may extend the duration or make it a permanent feature in some form, so if you know of someone who may be interested please forward this to them.
On behalf of everyone at Title IX for All, we thank you for helping us make 2019 a great year. We’ll make the next year a great one as well.
Happy Holidays,
Jonathan Taylor
