Today, I provided live testimony in the U.S. Department of Education’s public hearing regarding the Biden administration’s intention to draft new Title IX regulations. The event was hosted by the Office for Civil Rights. My testimony advocated keeping the due process provisions of the 2020 Title IX regulations in place.
