Red States Intervene to Support Devos' Title IX Rules

A brief with powerful language defending the rights of accused students was filed yesterday in the DC Circuit. Per KC Johnson, it is “This brief represents the highest-profile *political* support that the movement for campus due process has received, and is a ringing indictment of unfair procedures from some states (TX, MS, IN) whose own public universities have sometimes employed them.”
