The Biden Title IX final rule has been vacated in federal court in a summary judgment decision by Judge Danny Reeves. Judge Reeves took senior status shortly following Trump’s inauguration.
Proposed Illinois Bill Mandates One-Year Expulsion for Students Committing Sexual Assault on School Grounds
Text of the bill here. “The bill states that this expulsion policy would apply to incidents occurring “at a school, a school-sponsored activity or event, or any activity or event that bears a reasonable relationship to school.”
Florida coach Todd Golden cleared in Title IX investigation regarding sexual harassment allegations
