New draft Title IX regulations, victories against Cornell, University of Denver and University of Michigan, new laws bolster and erode due process, and more.
Every month, we distribute a โTitle IX Recap,โ providing a highlight of the previous monthโs litigation, advocacy, and other Title IX-related matters.
