We’ve made two minor improvements to our databases recently.
We have increased the text size in both our OCR Resolutions and Title IX Lawsuits databases. This is a minor quality-of-life change that we think will make the database noticeably easier to read.
Also, going forward, we will change how we tally Title IX attorneys in our databases. We will no longer include in the tally attorneys who:
- Are retired
- Are no longer involved in Title IX
- Have not litigated a Title IX case since 2010 (e.g., have not litigated a Title IX case in the DCL/Lhamon-era or afterward)
- Are deceased.
The purpose of this change is to present a sharper number of how many attorneys are working on lawsuits brought by students accused of Title IX violations.
