In preparation for future developments, we have updated our Terms of Service. Among other things, this update has several goals:

  1. Protect the user experience by clarifying that accounts aimed at disrupting these services are subject to suspension (including accounts created or repurposed with an attempt to evade a suspension).
  2. Provide additional avenues for a refund in the event that purchased access to a subscription service is interrupted for an extended period of time.
  3. Provide a more reasonable take-effect timeframe regarding changes to Terms of Service for users currently signed up for one of our subscription services. For those currently signed up for one of our subscription services, they will take effect within fourteen days or upon the next recurring billing event, whichever occurs later.

Of course, we always encourage you to read the Terms of Service for yourself. If you have any questions, please contact us.
