We have completed development on a freely accessible “Regulation Challenges Database” for researching legal challenges to regulations, executive orders, and Department of Education guidance related to Title IX misconduct proceedings and gender identity issues. The only access requirement is to register a free account and log in.

You may preview or access it here.

We will add lawsuits against the Biden administration’s Title IX regulations when they are filed. The database currently includes lawsuits against the following:

  1. Biden Administration executive orders and guidance regarding gender identity
  2. Trump Administration regulations regarding misconduct proceedings
  3. The Department of Education’s 2011 “Dear Colleague” letter

Updates to this database will be performed regularly on weekends and on an ad hoc basis. Below, you may view screenshots of the new database. Click on an image to expand it and see more details.
