We are pleased to announce that we have finished construction of the Title IX Attorneys Database and will launch it this Thursday, June 23rd, the 50th anniversary of Title IX being signed into law. The Attorneys Database will provide unprecedented access to information on Title IX attorneys who have litigated on behalf of accused students – as well as school defendants – since the issuance of the Department of Education’s notorious 2011 “Dear Colleague” letter.

This new database will be divided into two sections: an “Attorneys Directory” optimized to assist in efficient lookup and comparison of attorneys, and a “Data Downloads” section optimized to download large spreadsheets of Title IX attorney and law firm data.

There will be some overlap between the Attorneys Database and the Title IX Lawsuits Database. Additionally, we have recently expanded the scope of attorney and law firm data in the Lawsuits Database – a hint of things to come.

The Attorneys Database will be another arrow in our collective quiver as we approach yet another historic rewrite of Title IX regulations, this time by an administration that has historically been no friend of due process for accused students.

We will provide more information on the Attorneys Database soon.
